  • How do I join the ExtraMile Rewards® Program and start earning Extras and other rewards such as Digital Punch Card credits?

    Simply pick up a ExtraMile Rewards® Loyalty card at a participating ExtraMile® store and make a qualifying purchase to start earning Shields. Earn 5 Shields to get a free Extra. You can also qualify for free items when other like items are purchased on your Digital Punch Cards. You will need to complete your account registration through the ExtraMile Rewards® mobile app or by calling the Customer Service number on the back of the card: 1 (833) 238-8971, in order to be able to redeem any earned Extras or Punch Card items. Please contact Customer Service by calling 1 (833) 238-8971, emailing ExtraMileExtras@extramilecstores.com or using the Contact Us form on ChevronExtraMile.com if you have any issues completing your registration.

  • What are some other benefits of ExtraMile Rewards®?

    In addition to earning “Shields” on participating purchases, Members can also participate in Digital Club Card programs, which track the number of “Club” items on a digital punch card and award the member a free club item after the punch card is filled. Additional Member benefits include members only coupons, links to lottery sites to check winning numbers, and Store location services.

  • How do I complete my registration?

    You can complete your registration via the ExtraMile Rewards® mobile app. Please contact Customer Service by calling 1 (833) 238-8971, emailing ExtraMileExtras@extramilecstores.com or through the ‘Contact Us’ page on the website if you have any issues completing your registration. ExtraMile Rewards® mobile app can be downloaded for free from the I-Tunes or Google Play stores. Just enter “ExtraMile” in the search-field to find it.

  • What is a Shield and how do I earn one?

    Shields show your progress toward earning an Extra. There are three ways you can log in to your account at the store. Each time you make a qualifying purchase at a participating ExtraMile® store the CSR will ask you if you are an ExtraMile Rewards® Member. When you tell him or her “Yes”, they will ask you to enter your number. You can either enter the 10-digit phone number associated with your account on the PIN pad on the counter, Scan your physical card on the PIN pad or scan your virtual card from your Mobile App on the Register Scanner. After you log-in and make your qualifying purchase, you will earn 1 Shield. Earn 5 Shields to get a free Extra from our Catalog of top selling ExtraMile® items.

  • Once I receive my card and unique loyalty number, how can I earn and redeem Extras?

    After you register your card, you can use the plastic loyalty card provided to you by the ExtraMile® Convenience Store, scan the “Virtual Card” from your ExtraMile Rewards® App on your Smartphone, or enter your 10-digit registered phone number at the ExtraMile® payment PIN pad terminal whenever you shop at participating ExtraMile® Convenience Stores. Most items purchased will earn a shield.

  • I don’t have a mobile phone. Can I still earn and redeem Extras?

    Yes. You will need to pick up a ExtraMile Rewards® Loyalty card at a participating ExtraMile® Convenience Store, and complete registration a couple of ways: On the web site (www.extramileextras.com) or by calling the Customer Service phone number on the back of the card 1 (833) 238-8971. Please make sure to keep your loyalty card with you and swipe it when making ExtraMile® Convenience Store purchases or enter the 10-digit phone number you’ve associated with your account on the Verifone PIN pad.

  • How do I earn an Extra?

    Make qualifying purchases. Some items, such as the “ExtraGood®” items will offer “double-shields”, while others offer only one shield per qualifying purchase at any participating ExtraMile® store.

  • What is a qualifying purchase?

    A qualifying purchase includes most convenience store items. The excluded items that do not qualify to receive a shield includes: lottery tickets, tobacco, alcohol, motor fuel, services, car washes, propane, restaurant-prepared food, phone/prepaid wireless cards, gift cards and charitable donations. See the ExtraMile Rewards® Terms of Use for the complete list of excluded items. For example: Purchasing a gift card only does not earn a Shield toward a free Extra. Purchasing a gift card + a snack does earn a Shield toward a free Extra. A maximum of three (3) Shields per day may be earned. Shields expire 60 days after earning them.

  • How do I redeem an Extra?

    After you have earned 5 Shields it equals 1 “Extra.” Each “Extra” qualifies you to receive a FREE item from our menu of featured items for that period. You can redeem your Extra for a free featured Catalog item as soon as it appears in your account or save it for later. You can check if you have any available Extras to redeem at any participating ExtraMile® store, on your ExtraMile Rewards® App or by logging in to your account via the ExtraMile Rewards® tab. Extras expire 30 days after earning them.

  • What exactly are the free Extras?

    Extras will change from time to time, but examples include the following popular items:

    • Any size of fresh Mile One Coffee® beverage or fountain drink
    • An ExtraMile ExtraGood® Chocolate Bar
    • A Small ExtraGood® brand of bottled water
    • A Frito-Lay® product
    •A Hot Food Item, such as a Johnsonville® Brat, A Monster Taquito® or Gehl’s® Nachos.

  • Who keeps track of my Shields and Extras?

    Every time you make a qualifying purchase and either scan your rewards card at the register, or enter your phone number on the PIN pad on the counter, your purchase will be tracked, and a Shield added automatically to your account.

  • How long does it take for my Shield(s) to show up in my account after making a qualifying purchase?

    Your account will automatically update but can take up to 2 days of your qualifying purchase.

  • Do Shields, Extras and Club Card digital punches expire?

    Yes, Shields expire 60 days after earning them. Extras expire 30 days after earning them. Digital Punches on the Digital Cards expire six months after earning them.

  • How do I check my Extras and Club card balance?

    Once you register your account, you can track your Shields, Extras and Club Balance through the ExtraMile Rewards® mobile app. Balances can also be viewed on the register receipt when a purchase is made inside the store. If you don’t want to make a purchase, but want to check your account balances, you can ask the CSR to check your balance by hitting the key on the register and having you enter your account information by scanning your card on the PIN pad, entering your phone number on the PIN pad or by scanning your Virtual Card on the register scanner. The CSR can print the report for you to see your account balances. We’ll also alert you by email and/or, if you decide to receive SMS messaging, by text message when you’re close to a free Extra or your Extra is about to expire.   • Is there a limit to how many Extras I can earn?

    No, although there is a 3-shield limit daily. You just need to make sure you use your Extras within 30-days of earning them, or else you will begin to lose them as they expire.

  • Is there a minimum amount I have to spend to earn Extras?

    No.

  • What if I make more than 1 purchase in 1 day? Do all of them count?

    You are allowed up to 3 qualifying purchases in 1 day to earn shields that will count toward a free Extra. Remember, it takes 5 Shields to earn 1 Extra.

  • How do I redeem digital coupons?

    Digital Coupons are special offers provided to members for purchasing certain items. You will see these show up on your ExtraMile Rewards® App, under the Offers section. Simply purchase the item featured, and then either scan the barcode on the Mobile App, swipe your loyalty card or type in your enrolled 10-digit phone number to receive the discount.

  • Can I give you feedback about the program?

  • I changed my phone number. What do I do?

    You can update your phone number or email address through the ExtraMile Rewards® mobile app. If there are any problems updating your information, please contact Customer Service by calling 1 (833) 238-8971, emailing ExtraMileExtras@extramilecstores.com or through the ‘Contact Us’ page on the website or the App.

  • I can’t sign in to my account or forgot my password. Can you help?

    Yes. Please call Customer Service at 1 (833) 238-8971, email ExtraMileExtras@extramilecstores.com or use the ‘Contact Us’ form.

  • I updated my app, and my Extras are missing. What should I do?

    Please call Customer Service at 1 (833) 238-8971 or email ExtraMileExtras@extramilecstores.com or use the ‘Contact Us’ form on ChevronExtraMile.com or the App.

  • What if I have receipts showing 5 qualifying purchases but my account isn’t showing any Extras, or are missing a punch on my Digital Punch Card?

    Please call Customer Service at 1 (833) 238-8971, email ExtraMileExtras@extramilecstores.com or use the Contact Us page via ChevronExtraMile.com or the App.

  • Can I redeem my Extras at any Chevron or Texaco station?

    No. You can redeem Extras only at any participating ExtraMile® Convenience store. Not all Chevron and Texaco branded fuel stations will have an ExtraMile® Convenience store. “Food Marts” or other non ExtraMile® branded convenience stores do not participate in the program.
